About
I hold a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy, two M.Sc. degrees, and Board certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). I trained in clinical research at Harvard Medical School and have more than ten years of inpatient clinical pharmacy practice in tertiary-care, specialized, research, and academic settings.
My work spans patient-care rounds, pharmacotherapy optimization, MUE projects, therapeutic protocol development, and ADR and medication-error detection. My research applies pharmacogenomics to oncology, cardiovascular, and critical care. I co-authored the oncology therapy book Killing the Killer and serve on the Scientific Office of the Egyptian Society of Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine (ESPM).
